PURCHASE & DELIVERY TERMS

DELIVERY TIME

The normal delivery time is 3-5 business days from the day the order was placed. If a product is temporarily out of stock or in production the delivery time can be longer. You always have the possibility to cancel the purchase if a longer delivery delay occur. Please contact our Customer service if you wish to cancel your purchase. We make reservations for the liability of delays or failed deliveries caused by discontinued products or the stock handling of our suppliers. We also make reservations for price difference on www.skultuna.com caused by wrong price codes, etc.

Items not collected and returned to Skultuna will be subject to a fee of 40 EUR/USD which will be deducted from the credit made to the card used as payment.


CONFIRMATION

We will send an order confirmation with information about your purchase by e-mail as soon as we have received your order. We recommend that you save the order confirmation if you should need to contact Skultuna.com's customer service. If the confirmation hasn't arrived within 15 minutes from purchase, veck your junk-mail before contacting our customer service.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Skultuna co-operate with an authorized payment service provider (Klarna), who processes your personal details in accordance with the international security standard PCI DSS, developed by international credit card companies such as VISA, MasterCard etc. All transactions will be sent through SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in encrypted form and all card details and payment information will be protected and processed with a high level of security. 

SECURITY

Skultuna.com uses the latest security standard 3-D Secure. 3-D Secure is an XML-based protocol to allow authentication of cardholders of credit card companies in epayment transactions. The 3-D Secure protocol was developed by Visa to improve the security of Internet payments. It was adopted and is offered with the service name Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. The main difference between Visa and MasterCard implementations resides in the method to generate the AAV (Accountholder Authentication Value): MasterCard uses UCAF (Universal Cardholder Authentication Field) and Visa uses CAVV (Cardholder Authentication Verification Value).

 

DELIVERY CHARGES

We deliver for free within Sweden, outside Sweden we have a set shipping fee for each country. To see your country’s fee, simply choose your country of delivery in the Checkout. Goods are shipped from Sweden. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Skultuna does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

 

TRANSPORTATION

Skultuna.com accepts the economic responsibility if products are damaged or missing during transport. However, you are required to contact our Customer Service within 5 business days if any such damage or fault is discovered upon receiving your order.

If you return a product at your own expense, the economic responsibility is yours if products are damaged or missing during the return transport. Make sure you pack your products carefully to avoid damage during transport. Within EU we recommend you use our pre-paid return shipping label.

RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return undamaged and unused products. Notification about this shall be done immediately upon reception of the product or latest 14 days after reception. The notification shall be done to info@skultuna.com or through a standard mail to: Skultuna Messingsbruk, Bruksgatan 8, 726 31 Skultuna, Sweden.
The message shall contain the following information: a) order number b) payment confirmation c) title of the product you wish to return. The returned product shall be in an unused and undamaged state in its original package.
Once the return is granted you will receive a Return order number that must be marked on the parcel. If we don't find the return number this may cause your refund to be delayed. Return the product together with the filled our Return form included with your order. State the cause of the return, if you want to exchange the product or if you wish to get the money back. You will have to pay the freight cost for the return. Return against cash on delivery is not accepted.

It takes up to 14 days for a returned product to be fully processed and refunded.

Skultuna.com guarantees that the products you have ordered are free from errors at the time of delivery. If you should receive a defect or wrongly supplied product, contact customer support at Skultuna.com without delay or at the latest within 14 days after reception. Customer support will take care of your complaint and provide you with a Return order number that must be marked on the parcel. Return the product in the state that it was received followed by a damage or error report. The returned product shall be in an unused and undamaged state in its original package. Return the product together with the payment confirmation and return order number. State the cause of the return on the back side of the payment confirmation.
IMPORTANT! You must contact customer support at info@skultuna.com before you return wrongly supplied or damaged products to get the return request approved, recieve the return order number and get the return postage paid.
The responsibility for errors in ordered products is limited to the terms now stated.

 

NON PICKED UP GOODS

Items not collected and returned to Skultuna will be subject to a fee of 40 EUR/USD which will be deducted from the credit made to the card used as payment. If you change your mind and wish to return the order, please collect it and have it returned with the proper documents.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Contracts between consumers and Skultuna shall be governed by Swedish Law. Skultuna follows the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Authority. All above conditions apply solely to goods purchased by individual consumers. Please contact Skultuna for all B2B inquiries.
