2. Prices

All prices are stated in the currency corresponding to the country the order is being shipped to. All prices within the EU, as well as Norwegian and British prices include VAT. All prices outside the EU are excluding VAT. 

3. Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is made at the time of purchase if unless otherwise stated.

4. Delivery

We deliver internationally. 

Below are standard delivery times for each region:

    • Sweden: 1-3 business days
    • EU: 2-5 business days
    • Outside EU: 2-7 business days

Delivery is carried out via our partners: PostNord, Instabox, BudBee, UPS och DHL. In case of delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 30 days from receiving the item. To return an item, register a return via the Return Portal

Conditions for returns: 

    • The item must be unused and in its original condition. 
    • Refunds will be made within 14 business days from when we receive the item. 
    • When returing using Skultuna's prepaid return label, Skultuna is responsible for lost packages, delays, and other trasport-related issues that might arise during shipping.
    • If you return using your own shipping label, the package must be sent as a business parcel. In this case, Skultuna is not responsible for lost packages, delays, or other transport-related issues that may arise during shipping.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: 

    • Products with personal engraving.
    • Noticeably used products. 
6. Claims

We comply with the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act and the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) for all claim cases. 

We adhere to: 

    • You have the right to file a claim within 3 years from the purchase date.
    • The claim must be made within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered. Two months is always considered a reasonable time. 
    • If the defect appears within 12 months of the purchase, Skultuna as the seller must prove that the defect is not due to an original (manufacturing or material) defect.
    • If the defect appears after 12 months of the purchase, you as the buyer must prove that it is due to an orginal (manufacturing or material) defect, and not due to normal wear or misuse. 
7. Warranty

Skultuna offers a 12-month warranty on all products. The warranty means that we will, free of charge, correct any faults caused by manufacturing or material defects. It does not cover wear and tear and assumes that the product has been used with normal care. 

Please note that Skultuna's products are mostly handmade. Small variations between products are to be expected and are not grounds for a claim.

Your data is used to: 

    • Manage your orders and returns. 
    • Inform you via SMS and/or email about delivery status.
    • Communicate with you about delivery issues and respond to inquries.
    • Prevent misuse or inappropriate use of our services.
    • Comply with the Accounting Act.
    • Fulfil agreements with third parties e.g. logistic providers (PostNord, Schenker, Instabox, BudBee, UPS, DHL).
    • Deliver a personalised experience of our services.
    • Tailor skultuna.com to your behavior and preferences.
